I have been informed by Mr Biederman that there is a company in formation which will produce Electric Cablesin accordance with teh Berthoud Borel patent dated Nov. 2 1880 numbered 233,970. Having found these cables the best that I have seen until now and exactly suitable for all Electric purposes, and in particular for my use, I would be glad to enter into a contract for a large quantity of thtese Cables at a price of 25% below the selling prices Mr Biederman has shown me on his plan and which are the prices at which these Cables are sold in Europe.
