The undersigned acting for and by authority of the Edison Telephone Company of Europe, Limited, and also for himself individually as co-vendor under the agreement dated 10th November 1881, between T. A. Edison, The Edison Telephone Company of Europe, Limited and others, and the Edison Gower-Bell Telephone Company of Europe, Limited, you are hereby authorized and directed to transfer the 175,000 shares of the Edison-Gower-Bell Telephone Company of Europe, Limited, now standing in your name, into the names and to the amounts as follows, viz:##1. The Edison Telephone Company of Europe, Limited 72,000##2. George Edward Gouraud 95,000##3. Theodore Puskas 4,000##4. Joshua F. Bailey 4,000##For the Edison Telephone Company of Europe Limited 175,000
