I have your letter of the 18th instant. ## I think I told your Mr. Dick when he was here that a contract had existed between Mr. Edison and the Western Electric people of Chicago in regard to an Electric pen. I am hunting up this contract which I believe has expired, and as soon as I can obtain the information which you wish I will forward it to you. I do not think that I will delay you more than a coupel of days longer. At the same time I will send you copy of the Una agreement together with a receipt for the payments which you have made on account of Mimeograph royalties.
