Title
[LB025092A], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Albert Blake Dick, October 13th, 1887
Editor's Notes
I am in receipt of your letter of the 6th inst., enclosing a clipping from one of your [???] paper relative to polyform. We generally try and suppress the unauthorized use of Mr. Edison's name, but sometimes find it very difficult to get at the parties who are responsible for piracy. ## I notice a letter from you to Mr. Edison under date of Oct. 1[0?]th, in reference to draft which you sent him for $[39?]1.13, in [bill?] for balance due on Royalty account to Oct. 1st. I have been away from town or you should have had an earlier acknowledgement of the receipt of the above draft. I send you the same to-day, and congratulate you upon the success which you have made and are making of the Mineograph. I have seen some samples of work performed by your new type-writer attachment, and they are excellent.
