Title
[LB028371], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Dyer and Seely, February 25th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"I enclose herewith a letter which we have received from Col. Gouraud, under date 16th instant, in which he states that certain countries require, by their laws, that the patented apparatus shall, within a certain time, be manufactured in the country. You are, of course, informed as to the requirements of the different Governments in this respect, and I wish that you would kindly write to us as early as possible, giving us full information as to the course which we must pursue with respect of manufacture in order to protect our various phonograph patents in foreign countries. Kindly return Col. Gouraud’s letter when you are through with it." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
