Title
[LB028610], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Dyer and Seely, March 11th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"I wrote you some few days ago, asking for a copy of the U.S. Patent covering the Lalande form of battery. We have received a communication which mentions a U.S. Patent on this battery, under date March 20th, 1886, and numbered 274110. Mr. Edison is of the opinion that there is a later patent than the latter, and desires you to look into the matter and send him copies of all patents which have been granted by our Government in the above connection." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
