Title
[LB029451], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Charles W Owston, May 16th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"With reference to your letter of 11th instant, Mr. Edison says that, the motor which is used in connection with the phonograph is run by a new battery of his three months, four hours daily. The battery in question generates about 1/30 horse power, and Mr. Edison is of the opinion that a motor of the same type, with twelve cells, would give you all the air you require." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
