[From TAE] I understand that the Edison and Swan United Electric Light Company, Limited, has commenced suit in England for infringement of my feeder patent, and as we are about taking up the same matter here, I have thought it probable that we could assist each other by exchanging information. I would, therefore, ask you to kindly give full information to the local representative of the Edison Electric Light Company, Major S.B. Eaton, to whom I will send this letter in order that it may be accompanied by one from himself, explaining in greater detail the points upon which he desires to be advised, and I will be greatly indebted if you will place him in communication with your Attorneys.
