Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of 21st instant, enclosing draft of the minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Edison Lamp Company, held at the Laboratory of December last, relating to the liquidation of the Edison United M'f'g. Co. I will have these minutes written up in the Lamp Co. Minute Book.
