My dear Mr. Edison,-
I enclose herewith, for your signature, a Document assigning certain of your Patents to the Australasian Electric Light, Power & Storage Co., Limited, which were accidently omitted from the first assignment which you executed some time ago. This document was sent to us by Messrs. Waterhouse, Winterbotham & Harrison, London, with the request that it be returned to them as soon as possible. I submitted it to Major Eaton, and he says that it is perfectly proper for you to execute the Assignment in the forms proposed.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Thomas A. Edison, Esq.,
Charlotte N.C.
