Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith agreement for posting stock, dated April 19th, 1890, between T.A. Edison, Jesse H. Lippincott, Thos R. Lombard, the North Am. Phono Co., Louis Class, Exploiting Co. of California Automatic Phono. Exhibition Co., Chas. A. Cheever and Felix Gottschalk, Trustee. This should have accompanied the seven copies of same agreement returned to you yesterday, but it got mislaid and was not found until after your messenger had goe.
