Mr. Edison,-
Please read the attached correspondence from Gottschalk. It is very important that you should name a man for the seventh Trustee immediately; otherwise Gottschalk is going to claim that he did all he could to carry out your wishes, but found it impossible to do so, and Madden will remain on the Board. How would some one from Spencer’s Trask’s office suit you – say Blodgett or Skehan?
