Dear Sir:-
The following is copy of a telephone message rec’d. from Major Eaton to-day in reply to Mr. Tate’s inquiry concerning the removal of wrapping paper by the Toy Company:-
“If the property in question is covered by the attachment, you cannot deliver it, because it is in the Sheriff’s custody. The Boston Co. can legally take any property belonging to them if it is not covered by the attachment,”
