Edison Ore Milling Co, Limited,
Edison Bdg., Broad St., New York City.
Dear Sir:-
The Edison Ore Milling Co. is indebted to Mr. Edison for the sum of $37,012.82. Mr. Insull informed me that he had arranged, or wished me to arrange, for a demand note from the Ore Milling Company for this amount. The balance is struck to June 1st. Will you please have the note prepared, and as further bills are rendered from time to time, we will settle them in the same way.
