August 3, 1891.
Messrs. Dyer & Seely,
No. 35 Wall Street,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:-
With reference to your letter of 30th ultimo, in regard to an interview which your Mr. Driscoll desires to have with Mr. Edison with relation to the Chinnock and Wheeler interference, Mr. Edison has instructed me to say to you that he will be at Ogden after Wednesday next, where Mr. Driscoll can see him. The testimony will have to be taken in longhand, as there is no Stenographer at Ogden; neither is there a Notary-Public, but there is a Commissioner of Deeds.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Private Secretary.
