Dear Sir:--
Mr. William R. Wilder will give a representative from his office a letter authorizing such representative to examine our books in order to verify the amount shown therein to the credit of Frank McGowan, deceased.
Please give this gentlemen every facility for inspecting entries, and explain to him for what service Mr. McGowan was credited. I am not yet authorized to pay this money to the Administrator for Mr. McGowan, but will be in a few days. I think
