August 24th. 91.
A MEMORANDUM FOR WALTER MILLER.
In your note to me 21st instant, you say you think we should give to the Edison United Phonograph Company a credit of 5¢ per cylinder for packing, and you make this price up as follows:— 3 1/2 cents for paste board boxes 1 1/2 cents additional for labor and wooden box. I have instructed Mr. Randolph to make this credit and I have written the Edison United Phonograph Company asking them to send a formal order for those 50 musical records.
Yours truly,
