My dear Sir:-
In reply to your letter of 5th instant, I beg to say that there is no immediate prospect of your being able to set one of the new phonographs. If you contemplate purchasing I would advise you to buy the machines now on the market, unless you feel inclined to wait for a very long and very indefinite period.
