Dear Sir:-
I hand you herewith copy of a letter which I have received from Mr. Lombard, Vice-President of the North American Phono graph Co., in regard to the dodgers which are being circulated in the City of Montreal, one of which you forwarded to me some [illegible text] time ago. Mr. Lombard as you will see expresses his invention to stop this mountebank business.
