The following cablegram from Sims was received at the Laboratory this afternoon. Immediately upon receipt of same its contents were telephoned to you:
“London, ENGLAND. Sept. 24th, 1891.
To Edison.
Company formed for business, forward you copies contracts. SIMS.”
