Dear Sir:-
I beg to advise you that Mr. Edison has instructed John Ott to put in shape the modes of the various toy phonograph movements which were made at the request of the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company, so that they may be available for use as exhibits when the suit which the Toy Company has brought against the Phonograph Works comes to trial. Mr. Edison issued these instructions in accordance with your letter of 2nd instant.
