Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 1st instant, informing me that a suit has seen brought in the N.J.U.S. Circuit Court of the Magnetic Separator against the International Ore Separating Company on three of the Ball and Norton patents. I think it would be well for you to look into this matter. There may be a put up job in it.
