Sept. 26, 1893.
Mr. Edison,-
I have just seen Moriarty and Morison. They promised to let me have a check to-morrow of between two and three thousand dollars on account of Phonograph Wks. bills outstanding, and also agreed that Mr. Morison will bring all his accounts to the Phonograph Works with me one day this week so that we can affect a settlement of everything in dispute. They claim overcharge on various items that we cannot adjust without getting at the details.
