Dear Sir:-
Some time before I went to Chicago I asked you to go to the Works and see that no time was being expended on stock orders for the Manufacturing Company, but that all the work being done there was for actual orders to be shipped upon completion. I believe you have already attended to this matter, but I desire again to call your attention to the necessity of keeping a very careful eye upon this work.
