Dear Sir:
I am in receipt of your letter of the 12th inst and shall absolutely insist on your discontinuing the use of my name in any way in connection with your business. You have not and never had the least right to use it.
I have instructed my company to prepare papers in the matter, and unless its use is entirely discontinued within ten days from the date hereof, legal action will be taken against you.
