Your first head about factory accepted your second namely exploration accepted with one amendment, instead of giving syndicate twelve and half hundredths we will give them one quarter of proceeds coming to us Exploration funds must cover also all expenses of litigating patents but our company will pay for taking out future patents Your third head isolated plants accepted Your fourth head we will consent that if Paris company gives licence to syndicate we will give six weeks delay in closing Paris contract contract now to be made with syndicate subject to exhisting contract with Leon Board directors Authorize you sign contract with these modifications if same approved by Lowery and Batchelor
