Title

[LM112014], Letter from Arthur Edwin Kennelly to William J Jenks, Edison Electric Light Co, August 5th, 1889

Editor's Notes

"I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the third inst. With reference to the Aron meter, it seems to me that with so good a meter as the electrolytic one in your hands the only possible advantage left to the ron meter for central station work would be to supply to an observer at intervals the total number of ampere hours delivered on a feeder, for load diagram purposes. As however it would not be much more trouble in such cases to read the ampere meters at regular intvervals I cannot ever see that it would be in any way to your advantage to take up this meter at present. ## I note y our wishes in regard to the safety limit of current in conductors."
