I enclose you a form of Agreement which I think would be about the thing for the Pennsylvania parties to sign in connection with the purchase of mineral rights. ## I think, however, that it would be wiser to make the purchase of these properties in some other name than yours. As soon as it becomes noised about that 'Edison' was purchasing ore property in that region, it would be very apt to jump up prices. It would be better, I think, to do it in my name for this reason, or in any other name that you suggest. ## Let me know what you think of this suggestion, and oblige.
