Have examined the paper (enclosed) which you sent and find it consists of rather weak objections to Faure and Plante accumulators. [The paper seems to be promoting a different battery, which Batch goes on to criticize] "I think also it is not enough to have simply a better thing but it must be a very m uch better thing than Faures to be anything more than a stock operation."
