Exec. & Finance Committee mtg of 23rd Sept.: VP made a statement as follows: TAE will build 2.5mi of electric RR at Menlo with 3 cars and 2 locomotives, one freight and one passenger; speed of latter to be 60mph; freight loco capable of pulling 10 tons at rate of ton of freight per mile per hp at less than ordinary locomotive. Cost of track less than $2300 per mile and locomotives and cars $800 and $250 respectively.
