The NY Herald contains a long account of the dispute between TAE and Mr. John C. Tomlinson and Gilliland. The dispute grew out of TAE phonograph patent and it seems that TAE was cheated out of $250,000.
Thomas Edison accuses late legal adviser John C. Tomlinson of cheating him out of $250,000 in the sale of the phonograph
