TAE thinks he has discovered that he has been victimized to the extent of $250,000 through alleged sharp practice of Tomlinson. A committee from the Edison Electric Light Co. dismissed Tomlinson and found him guilty of the "basest of professional conduct."
Thomas Edison accuses late legal adviser John C. Tomlinson and electrician/inventor Ezra T. Gilliland of cheating him out of $250,000 in the sale of the phonograph
