CL1: Capt. D. Paul sails yacht JEANETTE to Fort Myers with passengers: TAE, L.A. Smith, and Gilliland; All were impressed with the Caloosahatchee and Fort Myer; TAE is now negotiating to buy land in Fort Myers; Tae claims he will bring with him a 40 horse power engine and erect a laboratory; people of Fort Myer are very pleased. CL2:unclear- CL3:same as CL2 (only made clear!) TAE officially buys land: approx. 13 acres, at the bend of the Rives. He claims his endours there will be magnificent.
