To avoid misunderstanding, we inform you that the authority of this company to sell central station plants is subject to these conditions: 1) can only be exercised in towns of 20,000 inhabitants or fewer; 2) plant must be sold at regular price with no discount; discounts given on isolated plants don't apply to central stations; 3) renewal lamps must be sold at regular isolated prices; 4) no territorial rights or exclusive licenses are granted; no rights whatever are granted with sales other than those ordinarily conveyed in the sale of "patented article"; 5) the company reserves right to form or grant licenses to local illuminating companies on a regular basis.
