The fortification bill has not been passed by congress and and appropraition for torpedoes can be inserted and favorbale to the ordinace department# Brush and Swan have a lot of machinery but no franchise to run poles ## U.S. has poles but no machinery# Lieter is trying to force equitable treatment of the Brush Co stockholders#Senator want to know if there is money to be made in regard to the Sprague Motor and the R.R.#There are happy how the Panorama is lit but there are issues get the air of the building# there might be plans for another plant
