[Washington] Your telegram to hand. I find I cannot get over before Wednesday. Please arrange to pay one half if possible, and I will make an extension on the balance when I come over; in the mean time, I will instruct [W?] & Co. that the time is extended until the 20th on the whole account. I have written to see if I can get some of my payments delayed, and if I can will be able to accommodate you."
