Editor's Notes
My Dear Johnson: We have been patiently putting off the organization of the Company awaiting Mr. Painter's coming to new York, but desiring to effect the organization so as to begin business in the Company's name on April 1, I have had the minutes of the first meeting written out and enclose same. Please sign and return.##Endorsement. U.H.P. I know absolutely nothing about this, either as to what my own or your interest is in the enterprise, or whether we have any nor not, hence I cant comply with Bergmanns request. E.H.J.
