My Dear U.H. Drexel Morgan & Co are receiing the stocks of the varioyus shops & the Light Co on deposit in accordance with the terms of the circular of the Edison General Co. and I am desirous of making my deposit at once will you kindly send me the 100 shares of Bergmann & Cio stock held by you as collateral so that I may include it in my Deposits. I will immediately send you the Deposit receipt therefor so that you may continue to hold it as collateral. I would ask you to deposit it directly but that I am particuarly deisrous of making a personal deposit as large as possible. Yours truly E H Johnson
