Asking TAE to assistance Remenyi. Remenyi came to see actress Marie Prescott for $300 but she could not give it to him. Having too much money on her new play "Vera."[Vera; or, the Nihilists," was Oscar Wilde's first play; it opened August 1883 in NY at Union Theatre with Prescott as producer and leading actress -- a complete failure).
