Title
[D8818ANI], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Thomas J Plunkett, June 22nd, 1888
Editor's Notes
have your letter 20th. House I am living in is situated on East Park Street, East Orange. This street is one of the prettiest in the Oranges and the house is all that could be desired in the way of a summer residence. Has all modern improvements and contains nine or ten rooms. Plenty of stable accommodation. I have found it the coolest spot that I have lived in yet in the Oranges, and I should not care to give it up were it not for my family going away early in July not to return to the middle of September. As my lease expires 7th October and I do not care to live alone in the house I will turn my lease over to any desirable person. I pay $75 per month, at which rate I would sub let. [TATE RESIDENCE]
