This address book was used by Edison for an undated note on phonograph cylinders. On the flyleaf there is also a note regarding a \"book [on the] Life [of] Edison,\"" to be sent to W. H. Young in New York City. The front cover is damaged. The pages are unnumbered, and only one page has been used.
