This pocket notebook was used by Edison in the late 1880s or early 1890s for notes regarding phonographs and phonograph cylinders. Some of the entries concern experiments on sunspot disturbances. Also included are 2 loose pages of chemical notes probably related to phonograph cylinders. The pages are unnumbered. Only 3 pages have been used.
