report on Swan patents. Concludes that TAE is inventor of new type of lamp; Swan only can claim to have made improvements to this type. This genus of lamp has been patented broadly by TAE. Even Swan's so-called improvements developed by TAE beforehand and superseded by better TAE methods. Swan's patents in litigation; but even if he wins, will still infringe more fundamental TAE patents.
