[Title: Flint Mills Plant, Fall River, Mass] This is a letter from Spencer Borden to E.H. Johnson which is reprinted in the Bulletin for Agents. The letter discusses the plants use of electricity to run various machines. It contrasts the effeciency of the plant in relation to the Chace Mills that runs on gas.
