- [contract written in French] Contract between the Societe Anonyme du Phoenix of the first part and the Edison Electric Light Co. of Europe and TAE (represented by Siegal), together as party of second part; Cie Continental, last June, ceded to Societe du Phoenix, under certain conditions, for the period of 15 years from the day TAE and the Light Co. ratify, all their rights to make, exploit, and sell apparatuses of TAE's invention concerning electric light and power in Belgium only; The Light Co. has already ratified the agreement; Siegal, acting under the authority of the Light Co. and of TAE, reiterates the Light Co. ratification and also ratifies the agreement in TAE's name.
