- "Your memo of yesterday is received. I think with you Edison's claim should be adjusted & he should resign as President before preparing the statement in regard to re-organization. ## I have carefully [----?] all the minutes & the [---?] you gave me and am ready at any time to prepare the statement. Before I can do so, however, this claim of Mr Edison's will have to be adjusted. Will you please attend to this at once. After it is done a meeting of the Directors can be called Mr Edison resigns, the statemnt (which I will prepare in the interim) approved and notice of stockholders meetings given. ## I am now waiting on you & need not add I anticipate you will attent to this with your customary promptness."
