- Please call meeting of directors ASAP to consider resolution: that of the new 5% bonds remaining in treasury, $1900 be applied to resolving claims of EELCo (NY); $1900 to Porter, Lowrey, Soren & Stone & G P Lowrey; $7410 applied at 38%, in addition to 30% in cash, for settling the $19,500 in old bonds. [Several additional lines crossed out] Get some stockholders or their proxies for annual meeting; read minutes of board of directors and have their acts confirmed. "I think this would be a good board for coming year: Batchelor, Cutting, Tate, Tomlinson "& somebody else in you roffice. I think you had better be elected secretary." PS re: claim of Farmers Loan & Trust against Co.
