Minutes of Ore Milling Co. stockholders; Eaton elected chairman; Meadowcroft elected secretary of meeting; annual report submitted for approval says little has been done in the previous years and the company's finances are in bad shape; concluding profitable business will require securing certain patents pending before Patent Office. TAE is owed $1650 for machinery experiments. TAE elected director, along with Batchelor, Insull, and several others.
