Dear Mr. Edison: I enclose to you herewith a copy of the letter from the counsel of the Edison United Phonograph Company bearing upon the portion of the recent memorandum which you were good enough to send me in reply to my letter, which I send you for your information and in the hope that it will induce you to take a more favorable view of that memorandum.
