My dear Edison:-
I am enclosing herewith typewritten copies of the memoranda which you signed at the Cement Works yesterday, and I am also sending herewith an assignment of the patent, which you can execute in the presence of your notary and return to me. I will not deliver it until the deal is complete and the stock delivered.
